Palm Desert Resort and Country Club

All of the homes at Palm Desert Resort and Country Club are single-story built in duplex configuration. A variety of floor plans are available for rent.

Rental homes may be located on fairways, poolside or lush greenbelts.

Rental Rates - Effective June 1, 2008

Security Deposit

• A refundable security deposit made payable to Country Club and Resort Rentals is required in order to confirm a reservation.
• If reservations are made more than 45 days in advance of arrival, the renter's personal check will be acceptable (U. S. funds for non-U. S. Citizens).
• Security deposits must be received within 10 days or reservation will automatically be cancelled.
• When arrival is less that 45 days away, payment in full for rent and security deposit is required within 10 days or reservation will automatically be cancelled.
• Security deposits will not be applied to rent, and will be fully refunded within 21 days of departure provided that no offset is required for any damages to the residents.

Rent

• All rental payments are due in full 45 days prior to arrival. Once the rent has been received, a refund will only be made with the permission of the property owner.

Cancellations

• Cancellations made 45 days prior to scheduled arrival will be refunded in full.
• Cancellations made less than 45 days prior to arrival date will only be refunded if the home is again rented for the period cancelled.
• Refunds are subject to property owners permission.

Deposit Amounts

• For rentals of less than one (1) month, the security deposit amount is $250 U. S.
• For rentals one one (1) month or longer, the security deposit is $500 U.S.

Room Tax

• The City of Palm Desert has a bed tax on all rentals of less than one (1) month.
• If reservations are made more than 45 days in advance of arrival, the renter's personal check will be acceptable (U. S. funds for non-U. S. Citizens).

Rental Cars

• We have made special arrangements for our guest who require a rental car. Please ask the reservationist about rates.
